I have a theory I call it, “The Dumb Down Theory”
The Dumb Down Theory works like this. Each level of Postal Management refuses to hire or promote anyone who shows a little bit more on the Ball than themselves at their level or just below, for fear of having someone who has a little more on the ball, below them, by-pass them in the food chain. So what happens is this, each level of Postal Management gets Dumber and Dumber, exponentially until BAM the Dumbest of the Dumb have come to run the Place. Guess where we are today, yep, you guessed it; we have reached a saturation point. For an example of what I am talking about go to this link and read for yourself… I don't make this stuff up!!
